Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall wobo, its parent company, affiliates, employees, agents, or any third-party service provider, licensor, or other entity involved in providing or delivering the wobo platform and services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, economic, punitive, lost profit, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages that result from or are related to the use of or inability to use the wobo platform; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of god, communications failure, theft, or destruction.

Scope of Liability:

Users and merchants using the WOBO platform are solely responsible for their actions and interactions on the platform. WOBO shall not be liable for any damages arising from the actions, transactions, or conduct of users or merchants, including but not limited to transactions, disputes, or any other interactions facilitated through the WOBO platform. Users and merchants agree to indemnify and hold WOBO harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with their use of the WOBO platform.

User Conduct:

Users and merchants are responsible for their conduct within the gym premises, including adherence to safety guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth by the gym.

Damage to Property:

Users and merchants are liable for any damage to the gym facility, equipment, or property caused by them during the rental period. Procedures for reporting and resolving such incidents will be outlined in the terms of service.

Injury or Harm:

Users and merchants are responsible for maintaining their safety during gym use. Procedures for reporting accidents, injuries, or incidents will be outlined in the terms of service.

Indemnification:

Users and merchants agree to indemnify and hold WOBO harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the facility.

Insurance:

Users and merchants are recommended to have adequate insurance coverage, such as liability insurance, to mitigate risks associated with their use of the gym facility

Legal Compliance:

Users and merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing gym usage, including health and safety standards and any licensing or permit requirements.

Termination of Service:

The Merchant reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its facilities for users who fail to comply with the rules or meet payment obligations.

Dispute Resolution:

Procedures for resolving disputes between the gym and users will be outlined in the terms of service, including any arbitration or mediation processes.

Updates to Terms:

WOBO reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the limitation of liability with appropriate notice to users.

Health Guidelines:

Users and merchants acknowledge that WOBO is not liable for any health-related issues arising from their use of the gym facilities. It is their responsibility to adhere to health guidelines and recommendations.

Sexual Misconduct:

WOBO is not responsible for any instances of sexual misconduct that may occur while using the service. Users and merchants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately, and any such misconduct is not the liability of WOBO.

Legal Counsel and Compliance with Laws:

When it comes to engaging legal counsel, WOBO will not be involved. Users and merchants must comply with local and state laws regarding the use and provision of services through the WOBO platform.
